Product Description
Challenge students with a torso like bag that can be shifted to new positions. Hand grip enables elbows to stay bent and inside the striking area. Thicker striking area to feel like a torso. Arm through the center channel prevents arm smacking against your ribcage or liver. Back wedge is designed to help lunge the shield forward while allowing the instructor to stay vertical and maintain balance.
