Century® Okinawan Kobodo Kama DVD

On this DVD learn the Kama Sho Kata. The kata shows many dynamic movements and many unique fighting tactics including body shifting, countering and many other dynamic applications. This kata is a necessary requirement to reach black belt in the art of Okinawan weapons sanctioned by the International Shorin Ryu Karate Kobudo Federation. Approx. 60 min.
