From Master Nick Patakos, this versatile, easy to use product is the new way to train!
The Single Target Trainer is an excellent tool for practicing kicking/punching techniques. When used, each successful strike to the target flag makes a "snap" sound on impact. A suction cup attachment allows the Single Target Trainer to be moved up or down depending on the size of the student. The Single Target Trainer will eliminate injuries that occur while holding or kicking solid targets. The rods are flexible and fully padded for safety and can be used at school or at home. Best of all, the Single Target Trainer will allow instructors to make "hands-on" corrections to students while they train.
The Single Target Trainer comes complete with 1 rod, 1 foam covered pole, 1 target flag and assembly instructions.
