Macho® Genesis™ Chest Guard

This new chest guard encapsulates one layer of impact-dispersing foam inside another layer and is then compressed and contoured with thicker areas carefully placed and shaped at the most critical strike zones. The result is an unbeatable level of protection that is extremely lightweight and conforming to the body.

It's designed with a deeper scoop neckline than most traditional chest guards to give the martial artist more breathing space and comfort especially when worn with a full head or head with face shield. Shaped to fit around the torso of the body it provides ample coverage to critical strike zones, including the solar plexus and kidney areas without compromising mobility. Deeper contour cuts under the arms and higher cuts over the hips enable martial artists to engage in various kick and jump kick positions without worrying about the chest protector shifting out of place.

Macho made it easy to put on and take off too, with criss-cross strapping across the upper back for easy, over the head put-it-on/take-it-off wear. Adjustable snap buckle at waist ensures a secure and comfortable fit -- no more cumbersome ties that require a second person to help.

The NASKA, NBL, Krane Circuits and various other tournament circuits require chest protection for competitors age 17 and under. Macho’s Genesis Chest Guard meets this requirement.

Child:  Measure 18" across from furthest edge X 10.5" from center of neckline scoop to bottom center chest.

Small: Measure 19" across from furthest edge X 11" from center of neckline scoop to bottom center chest.

Medium: Measures 23" across from furthest edge X 12.5" from center of neckline scoop to bottom center chest.

Large: Measures 25" across from furthest edge X 13.5" from center of neckline scoop to bottom center chest.
